Refund Policy

This policy states that as a user, you have to submit a refund request. Refund requests on all our products are handled on a case by case basis and issued at our discretion. All refund requests must be reported not later than seven (7) days from the time you acquired our product. After this time frame, any requests will not be observed, valued and accepted except under certain circumstances beyond your control, such as accidents, calamities, disasters, misfortunes and other fortuitous events.

Usage Abuse

Depending on the type of plan you are subscribed and pledged to, you will have access to the products anytime for as long as you have an internet connection and web access. However, you are not permitted for a refund if our system shows that you have used, accessed and edited.

Compatibility Issues

Our products are published in different file formats, which you may select accordingly before deciding to download. You also can use the Editor Tool to edit or customize some of the products according to your preference and desire. Ensure that you have the expertise, knowledge, skill and the appropriate software to open and utilize the product. We have specifically identified compatible software with every product, and the file format types are also indicated on the product page. Still, you should contact us immediately and encounter software compatibility issues. We will not assume responsibility and not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that might occur due to third-party software and other software handles.

Downloading/Unzipping Issues

This happens due to network, firewall, browser, or internet connectivity issues. In such situations, you must make sure to report this issue to us within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to do so will mean you have successfully downloaded the product and or used it.

Product Mismatch

If you have downloaded a different product from what the product page shows or description says, we will not issue any refund. Instead, you will need to contact us immediately as we will resolve the issue you’re facing and send you the correct product within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) business hours from the time we receive your report.

Quality Issues

Our templates are subjected to stringent quality control evaluation and investigation. If you detect any quality issues, we will resolve the issue within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) business hours from the time we receive your report. Contact us immediately if there are quality issues disclosed.

Purchased By Mistake

If the purchase was made unintentionally by you or another person using your account, credit card, or other payment methods, you must contact us immediately and we will give you an opportunity to elaborate on your claim. We will investigate further.

Remorse Towards the Product

It is important to always check the product before and after downloading it. The product page contains necessary information such as mock-up designs, product details, and product descriptions relevant to the products’ attributes to help you make purchasing and buying decisions. We may offer you a product replacement proportionate to the original value of the product you purchased or create one for you, but we will not issue a refund for the mere reason that you changed your mind about the product.

Process

We will process the request within seventy-two (72) business hours from the time we received your request. If we decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any refund made to you will be made in the currency ready4live.com offered to you when you purchased it. We are not liable or responsible to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded. Please note that we do not grant or issue partial or prorated refunds.

If you lodge a dispute with a payment agent or with credit card companies, this will result in the freezing of your ready4live.com account until the dispute raised with the payment agent or Credit Card Company have been cancelled. This makes it very complex to resolve any related issues and to process refunds. Hence, we encourage you to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns or discussions.

No Refund

We will not approve any request for refunds for downloaded products that have been already used in the course of your business. We also reserve the right to refuse any refund request with no reasonable grounds other than what is stated in this policy.

This Refund Policy is not applicable for any product purchased through fraudulent activity. If we discover that you are violating any applicable policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in purchasing our products, we will automatically cancel your purchase and block you from our website. If required, we might also pursue legal action against you.
